What kinds of signs do you make?
We build custom dimensional signs and letters — lobby and reception logos, exterior building letters, lighted signs (halo-lit, front-lit, and cabinet), cast and etched plaques, and individual cut letters in metal, acrylic, and formed plastic. We ship 300 to 400 custom jobs a year to businesses in all 50 states.
Can I order online, or do I need a custom quote?
Both. For standard cut letters, pick a material and order straight from our online designer — your font, size, and finish, priced as you go. For a logo, a custom shape, or a full sign, send it over and we'll quote it, usually within one business day.
How much does a custom sign cost?
It depends on material, size, and quantity, so we quote every custom job individually — no ballpark games. Generally, simple lettering or logo signage in more affordable materials like acrylic or foam can come in under $1,000, while premium materials, complex logos, or a large letter count can run well past that. As a per-letter anchor: cut letters start around $6.30 each for pigmented acrylic and reach roughly $40 each for solid brass or bronze. Tell us what you're making and we'll give you a firm number.
How long does it take to get my sign?
Production runs from about 2–5 business days for injection-molded plastic up to 8–12 business days for solid metal letters, depending on the material. We send a proof for your approval before anything gets built, and most quotes go back within one business day.
What's your warranty?
Every interior and exterior sign we make is backed for life — against fading, peeling, and material failure, indoors or out. Lighted signs are the one exception, and even then the coverage runs ahead of the industry: 10 years on the letters and 3 years on the LEDs and power supplies.
Do you ship nationwide, and how hard is installation?
We ship to all 50 states, and signs arrive ready to install — with a mounting pattern and the right hardware for the material. Most customers hand it to their own installer or maintenance team and mount it straight from the box, and we'll walk you through it if you want.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just your logo or letter layout. A vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) is ideal, but send whatever you have and we'll tell you what's workable. If you're not sure on size or material, tell us where the sign is going and we'll recommend options.
