With depths of up to 1-1/2″, our Formed Plastic Letters offer great dimension compared to other letter options in the same price range. This added depth really helps with visibility for exterior applications, and can really create an impact for interior applications. For even more dimension, check out some of our font options that have a rounded or beveled face.
Our Formed Plastic Letters are offered in 15 different font styles and come in a variety of sizes from 4” to 24” tall. Most of the font styles have a flat face with a slightly rounded edge profile. If you’re looking for something with extra dimension, check out our Architectural font style which has a prismatic (ie. beveled) face.
Our Formed Plastic Letters are painted in a state of the art paint booth using incredibly durable baked enamel paint with an automotive like smooth finish. You can choose from one of our 45+ standard colors, or we can custom paint your letters in almost any color from major brands like Pantone, Sherwin Williams, and Benjamin Moore.

Our letters are lifetime guaranteed for interior and exterior usage but they still require some minor maintenance and cleaning to keep them looking great!
LettersAndSigns.com guarantees our Formed Plastic Products for life. That means that should a product fade, break or contain any defect, we
will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost to you, as long as the product is installed in its original location.
Our Formed Plastic Letters and Logos are designed to last a lifetime. They can be used inside or outside and are tested for prolonged exposure to salt, moisture, heat, and UV rays. We test all of our plastic letters, refine our paint coating technology, and deliver a product that we know will last much longer than the life of any other product you may install. From experience in the field and from our test lab results, we know that our plastic sign letters will last in excess of 10 years without any noticeable degradation in appearance. We know, from many installations around the world, that many of our products last longer than that.
